3. Orders & Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Order Confirmation: Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are verified via phone call, SMS, or WhatsApp before dispatch.

  • Order Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel any order in cases of incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, or unconfirmed delivery addresses.

  • Refusal of Delivery: Refusing a confirmed Cash on Delivery shipment without a valid reason may result in your address being blacklisted from future orders across our network.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver across Pakistan via trusted courier partners. Standard delivery typically takes 2 to 5 working days.

  • Shipping delays caused by weather, courier disruptions, or incorrect address details provided by the customer are beyond our direct control, though we will assist in resolving them promptly.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • Outletwala shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website.
